OIIE was founded to close the education gap in Orangeburg and the surrounding communities. It is the brainchild of our founder, Isaac C. Briggman, who saw the need for a single, flexible institution that could serve children, teens, and adults through all stages of learning.
Located in the heart of Orangeburg, SC, OIIE creates the perfect bridge between K-12 education, workforce development, and higher education, all under one inclusive institution.
